The Basic Child Card (for children aged 0–18 years) is designed to reflect the needs of children at all stages of development – from early childhood through adolescence. It provides access to selected specializations and diagnostic methods at Centrum pohybové medicíny Pavla Koláře and ensures systematic care for the musculoskeletal system.
The program is based on an individualized care plan that respects the child’s age, current health condition, and level of physical activity. Whether the goal is post-injury treatment, management of functional disorders, or long-term preventive care supporting proper movement development, the card offers a comprehensive and interdisciplinary solution.
The price of the annual programme does not include healthcare services provided in the extent of care reimbursed from public insurance. Centrum Pohybové Medicíny Pavla Koláře, a.s., has concluded contracts with the following health care insurance companies: VZP, VOZP, ČPZP, ZPŠ, ZPMV, RBP, OZP. The conditions of the programme and services are described in the contract concluded with the client and its annexes; the above overview is only for information. Healthcare provided in various specialties depends on the indication of the attending CPMPK physician.
* Examination by other specialties is possible depending on age and the recommendation of the attending physician. It also applies to minors with a basic card.
