Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
MRI is an examination method which uses a strong magnetic field to image the internal organs of the human body with high precision. With MRI we can detect different signal intensity in different soft tissues which allows us to provide a detailed picture of the state of your body. A key benefit of this method is the ability to image organs without the use of potentially harmful ionizing radiation.
X-ray examination
This classic imaging examination is primarily aimed at diagnosing bone and joint issues which is necessary for orthopedic and rehabilitation treatments.
Ultrasound examination
We perform diagnostic and preventive ultrasound or sonographic examinations which use high-frequency waves to image body tissues.
We specialise in the diagnosis of soft tissues such as muscles, ligaments and tendons. In addition, we can perform an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity (examination of the liver, gall bladder, bile ducts, pancreas, spleen, kidneys, bladder, prostate, gynecological organs, the great vessels and lymph nodes), a thyroid gland examination, as well an examination of the heart and peripheral vessels. We also perform numerous therapeutic procedures under ultrasound control.
Densitometry
Densitometry is a bone density test that helps detect the risk of osteoporosis and fractures. In addition to standard examinations of selected areas, such as the lumbar spine or hip, we also offer whole-body densitometry . This provides a broader overview of body composition, the amount of muscle and fat mass, and fat distribution.
The examination is quick, gentle and requires no complicated preparation. Detailed information, including the procedure, suitability of the examination and price, can be found on a separate page.
