How can our psychologist help you?
Psychological consultations and psychotherapy are focused on the individual needs of each client. We provide support to adolescents and adults, individuals, couples and families. Together we look for connections between current difficulties, life situations, interpersonal relationships and the way the body and psyche react to stress.
As part of our cooperation, we focus on, for example:
- managing stress and long-term psychological stress
- prevention and treatment of burnout syndrome
- anxiety, nervousness, or feelings of inner tension
- sleep disorders and long-term fatigue
- loss of concentration and mental exhaustion
- partner and family difficulties, relationship conflicts and communication
- psychological and relationship difficulties during adolescence
- difficult life periods or important decisions
- supporting mental resilience and balance
In addition to individual consultations, we also offer couples, family and group psychotherapy. We work with modern psychological and psychotherapeutic methods based on current scientific knowledge about the functioning of the human psyche. Care may also include recommendations for specific strategies that help manage stress, improve mental performance, strengthen interpersonal relationships and stabilize psychological well-being in the long term.
The advantage of care at our center is the possibility of interdisciplinary cooperation with other experts - for example, in the field of physiotherapy, rehabilitation, psychiatry or exercise medicine. This allows a better understanding of the connections between psychological difficulties and physical manifestations. In cases where it is medically appropriate, it is also possible to provide psychiatric examination and setting of pharmacological treatment within the framework of this cooperation.
