The Pediatrics Card is a one-year program focused on systematic and accessible health care for children from birth to adolescence. The basis is continuous monitoring of growth, psychomotor development, and overall health status through regular preventive check-ups and addressing current problems.
The program combines standard pediatric care with superior physician availability, an emphasis on prevention, and an individual approach to the needs of the child and the entire family. The goal is early diagnosis, coordination of any follow-up specialized care, and long-term support for the child's healthy development in a safe and stable environment.
The price of the annual programme does not include healthcare services provided in the extent of care reimbursed from public insurance. Centrum Pohybové Medicíny Pavla Koláře, a.s., has concluded contracts with the following health care insurance companies: VZP, VOZP, ČPZP, ZPŠ, ZPMV, RBP, OZP. The conditions of the programme and services are described in the contract concluded with the client and its annexes; the above overview is only for information. Healthcare provided in various specialties depends on the indication of the attending CPMPK physician.
* Examination by other specialties is possible depending on age and the recommendation of the attending physician. It also applies to minors with a basic card.
