The psyche significantly affects our health, performance and overall quality of life. Long-term stress, work pressure, life changes or challenging personal situations can gradually disrupt psychological balance and manifest as fatigue, anxiety, sleep disorders or reduced ability to concentrate.

At the Pavel Kolář Center for Movement Medicine, we offer professional psychological care focused on understanding the connections between the psyche, the body, and everyday functioning. We help clients better understand their own reactions, cope with challenging life situations, and gradually restore psychological stability and inner balance.

Psychological care is appropriate not only for significant problems, but also in situations where a person feels that long-term tension or stress is starting to negatively affect their health, performance, or relationships.

How can our psychologist help you?

Psychological consultations are focused on the individual needs of each client. Together we look for connections between current difficulties, life situations, and the way the body and psyche react to stress.

As part of our cooperation, we focus on, for example:

  • prevention and treatment of burnout syndrome
  • anxiety, nervousness, or feelings of inner tension
  • sleep disorders and long-term fatigue

The advantage of care at our center is the possibility of interdisciplinary cooperation with other experts - for example, in the field of physiotherapy, rehabilitation, psychiatry or exercise medicine.
