Clinical osteology is a field that deals with bone health and bone tissue diseases. Bone is not a fixed part of the body - its quality is influenced by age, general health, physical activity, muscle strength, nutrition and genetic predisposition.
In my practice, I focus on a comprehensive view of bone health, prevention and early detection of osteoporosis. I pay special attention to women during hormonal changes and after the age of 45, when the risk of bone loss can increase significantly. In my care, I base my treatment on the individual health status of the client, the results of the examination and other factors that can affect the condition of the bones.
Many years of experience in gynecology, obstetrics, and urogynecology allow me to view bone health issues in a broader context and, if necessary, establish care in collaboration with other experts.

Lecturing and teaching activities
I have been involved in the education of medical and non-medical students for a long time and have given professional lectures to doctors and pharmacists. I have lectured on topics such as the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis, the importance of vitamin D, the risks of osteoporosis in gynecological practice, and the care of patients with pelvic floor disorders.
