A child's needs change with age. From monitoring growth and psychomotor development to dealing with acute illnesses to movement difficulties, allergies, vision or sports stress, it is important that individual examinations and recommendations follow each other. Interdisciplinary cooperation is the basis of child care at CPMPK.

The Pediatrics Card is intended for families looking for affordable and continuous care from a general practitioner for children and adolescents. The annual program includes preventive examinations, monitoring of the child's growth and development, ultrasound examination of the hips, vaccinations, professional consultations, and care for acute and chronic problems. The price of the program is CZK 15,000 per year.

The Basic Child Card is a more comprehensive annual program for children from birth to 18 years of age. It includes the Pediatrics Card and, depending on age, health status and the recommendation of the attending physician, other specialties and services are added to it. The program includes, for example, pediatric allergology and clinical immunology, rehabilitation medicine, orthopedics, radiodiagnostics, twelve individual physiotherapy with elements of DNS according to Prof. Pavel Kolář, eye examination, Pedosken, InBody, pulmonary medicine or sports examination with ergometry. The price of the program is CZK 24,000 per year.

Thanks to the connection of experts in one center, parents can receive a clear care plan that respects the child's current needs and supports their healthy development from birth to adolescence.
