Since May, the Pavel Kolář Center for Movement Medicine has been expanding the spectrum of electrotherapy with SIS magnet (Super Inductive System) technology. This method uses an intense electromagnetic field that penetrates deep into tissues and acts directly on the muscles and nervous system. This results in pain relief, the release of blockages, and the promotion of healing.
During the therapy, the applicator is placed over the treated area without contact with the skin. During the treatment, you can feel the gentle work of the muscles or the pulses associated with their activation. It is this stimulation that helps restore proper tissue function and accelerates regeneration.
What is the SIS magnet suitable for?
- Acute and chronic back, joint and muscle pain
- Muscle spasms, blockages and movement restrictions
- Post-traumatic conditions and support for tissue healing
- Arthritis and tendonitis (attachment pain)
- Nerve problems including herniated disc
The therapy affects not only superficial but also deep-seated structures that are often not affected by conventional methods. Thanks to the high intensity of the magnetic field, targeted tissue stimulation occurs and the effect begins more quickly.
The SIS magnet is used in orthopedics, neurology and physiotherapy and is suitable for both acute conditions and long-term problems. It helps activate dysfunctional or weakened muscles, improves blood circulation and supports the body's natural regeneration processes.
Within the care of the Pavel Kolář Center for Movement Medicine in Prague, this therapy is always part of an individually set plan that connects diagnostics and subsequent treatment into one functional unit.
